It’s the final challenge day!
I challenge you to pick a bad habit that you’ve been meaning to ditch and give it up!
If you have to start slowly then do so.
Whatever it is, kick that habit today!
- Eating meat
- Being on your phone so much
- Watching too much TV
- Being around negative people
- Drinking soda/Eating junk food
- Nail biting
- ANYTHING! etc.
I’ll be kicking the habit of reacting so quickly.
I’ll check in with you all who are participating to see how the progress is going!
If you have a set back, that’s okay. Pick yourself back up and start again. I’ve said this before but change doesn’t happen overnight.
You’ll get there and I’ll be there with you along the way!
After you decide what habit you’re kicking, whatever it is, I’d like you to take a hot bubble bath, do a face mask, do something FOR YOU! Take a little time today for YOU! No interruptions. Just pamper yourself. It’s been a long 20 days and I’m so proud of you all. You deserve something amazing everyday, but today especially! You’ve all done amazing work.
