I’m super excited for this one!
Today I challenge you to write a letter to yourself about whatever you’d like. I’m going to write half of the letter about how I’m feeling mentally right now and the other half to my future self. On my 30th birthday (in 2 years) I’ll open it and read it to myself. You can write the letter and do whatever you wish. Maybe you’re forgiving yourself for all the things you think you’ve done wrong and ripping it up OR writing to your future self as well and opening it on a day you choose. Just write to YOU.
THEN I challenge you to do something NEW with a brand NEW person/friend. It may not be today, make plans to do something for a future date. Push yourself to get out there and make new relationships with someone you haven’t yet! Then share with us what that was like! I seriously am so pumped to hear these stories!
Have a wonderful day!
It’s Tuesday! 17 days in, only 3 left! The journey here on my blog isn’t over after all of this though! I have many more things to share with you all.
Today I challenge you to do something simple but nice for someone close to you. Whether it be a friend, family member, spouse, neighbor, co-worker, etc. It doesn’t have to cost money, it doesn’t even have to take up a bunch of your time, so there’s no excuses! Anything that would make them smile and brighten their day.
Here’s a couple examples:
- Ask to run one of their errands for them
- Let them know how you appreciate them
- Ask, “How are you—really?” Then do nothing but listen and respond to what you hear for as long as they’d like to talk.
- Give them a big long hug!
- Write a note and leave it somewhere for them to find later
- If you can/want to get them a SIMPLE gift just to show you’re thinking of them
Those are just a few things you could do, you know the people you’re close with best, surprise them and let them know they’re on your mind!
I can’t wait to see all of the creative and happy things that come of this!
It’s Monday! Let’s make the most of it!
I challenge you to reach out to someone you haven’t in a long time. No matter how much anxiety it gives you to call them or message them. You could maybe even go give them a visit! Push past the fear and reach out! Life is short and you never know what connection you might regain from it!
Also try a brain game app today! Keep your brain healthy and focused! I use Lumosity! You can read this article that has the 10 best apps for training your brain!

Today’s challenges are relaxing and easy!
I challenge you to meditate for at least 5 minutes.

I truly hope you enjoy your day and its full of peace.
I challenge you to minimize your phone use this weekend. Maybe uninstall the Facebook app or whatever you use most frequently and spend time with your family or do something for you like journaling.
Try to stay off of social media/technology as much as you can and enjoy life unplugged.
There will be little things you have forgotten to stop and notice.
There will be things that you forgot you love to do because of this new age we are in.
Just try it.
I also want to challenge you today after watching this video:
to spend at least 5 minutes repeating positive affirmations to yourself, whatever you choose them to be.
We all need to learn to love ourselves just a little more each day.
You deserve to FEEL amazing. Yes, YOU!
Today you’re challenge is to go outside and get out of your house! Spend time playing with your kids, reading a book on your porch, going for a walk, whatever it is, be outside!
Next you’re going to get creative!
- Bullet journal
Being creative helps your brain in many ways! It helps you be a better problem solver and see things differently. If you get in touch with your feelings and use whatever creative idea you choose, it can identify and change negative thoughts and emotions linked with depression.
I hope everyone has so much fun with this & an awesome Sunday.
I challenge you today to exercise/move.
Even if its just for 5 – 10 minutes.
- lift your mood
- build your self esteem
- keeps your brain fit and your body able
- boosts productivity
- lessens fatigue
- MAKES LIFE MORE EXCITING
You can just go for a quick walk, jog, run, dance, Zumba, do a Fitness Marshall video, pace around your house for a bit – HA. Whatever it is you choose, just get up, and move!
Can’t wait to see what you share!
